Hank Todd

Hank Todd established Custom Destination Marketing Solutions (CDMS) in 1996 with a vision of creating synergistic relationships between destination organizations, the travel trade and consumers.

His strategic foresight holds true: Today, CDMS has successfully created innovative marketing programs with over 60 destination organizations and other public and private sector entities.

His 28-year career in tourism also includes building an immense amount of relationships through his 17-year tenure as the Director of the Minnesota Office of Tourism, serving four governors which were affiliated with two different political parties.

His extensive experience and leadership within the tourism community has earned him a respected role in our industry, as well as seats on such distinguished boards as the Travel Industry Association, National Council of State Travel Directors, U.S. Travel Data Center, National Boating & Fishing Advisory Council and others.
