CDMS firmly believes that a solid foundation is the key to building an effective public relations and marketing program. Before recommending public relations or marketing strategies and tactics, CDMS will work with each destination to agree upon a mission, unified goals and objectives for the new initiative. We understand how difficult this step is and why many groups neglect this critical foundation building step. Among many examples, CDMS has facilitated strategic planning efforts for the Missouri Division of Tourism, the Kenya Tourist Board, Patagonia and the Mississippi River Parkway Commission.
